Join us at 11am termtime in LARNE YMCA
How long does the gathering last?
Around one hour from beginning to end. We start at 11am with a time of family worship, followed by an encouraging talk with a time of prayer & response. We finish with plenty of time for coffee and community!
Is there car parking?
There are plenty of parking spaces at Larne YMCA. You can come on your own or bring someone with you. Someone from our Host Team will be at the door to welcome you.
What should I wear?
You can wear whatever you are comfortable in and sit wherever you feel most comfortable.
What about kids?
Children of pre-nursery age – P7 go out to Light Kids our Children’s ministry after family worship. Yr 8+ are invited out to ‘Search Lights’ twice per month. Younger babies are welcome to stay in with us.
Is there an offering?
We do not collect an offering during our Gathering; however we have a Sunday donation box or you can give online.
How can I get involved?
The best way to get involved in ACV and get to know people is through our Coast Groups and Teams. Anyone wearing a lanyard can help you get connected!
We believe that our kids are Kingdom carriers – so we teach them to let their light shine before others.
We are thrilled that our LIGHT KIDS can meet together during our Sunday Gatherings. It is a safe space where they will receive a warm and enthusiastic welcome!
Each week after Family Worship, they will go out to their own room to pray, share, listen, create, and enjoy community with one another.
Light Kids has two different age groups; Twinkly Lights for little ones of pre-nursery age – P3 and Bright Lights for children P4 – P7. Please contact Ruth for more information: ruth@antrimcoastvineyard.org
Safeguarding is given utmost priority at Antrim Coast Vineyard and all our parents and carers are given access to a copy of our Policy. If you would like more information you can email our safeguarding Officer: carolg@antrimcoastvineyard.org
Each week during our Sunday Gatherings, we have a talk lasting about 30 minutes which is mostly taught by one of our Teaching Team; Andy, Andrea or Ruth.
Each of our talks contains three core elements; Biblical theology, cultural commentary and Spiritual formation, which means they are biblical, relevant to our context, and challenging so we can apply them practically to our lives. Each week there is an opportunity following our teaching to respond to what God is doing in us.
The talk is usually part of a ‘series’ which simply means a group of talks which are connected in some way. Each series lasts around 4-8 weeks – our Coast Groups are a further opportunity to digest these during the week!
All our recent and series’ of talks are available to listen back to on our Teaching Podcast on our YouTube Channel.
Each Sunday we begin our Gatherings with a time of Family Worship. As a worshipping community, our desire is to extend the welcome of Jesus to all people, regardless of age or background; inviting them to enter into God’s Presence. We are intentional about bringing people with us on a journey of worship as we create an environment for the whole family to participate.
At ACV we are part of a movement of worshipping communities whose highest priority is the Presence of God. The Vineyard has five worship values; Intimacy, Accessibility, Integrity, Kingdom Expectation and Passion which are at the heart of our worship.
We are authentic in our worship, whether we are in a season of joyful celebration or a time of sorrow. We always choose to be present to Jesus and engage with what He is doing in us and in our community.
Search Lights is our Youth programme at Antrim Coast Vineyard. We encourage our young people to go on a journey with God, searching for answers to the hard questions and discovering what they are made for.
We meet together at least twice per month during our Sunday Gathering, and enjoy discussion, games, snacks and more. During the other weeks we encourage them to participate in our Gathering using their Search Light Notebook or Sermon Notes handouts. Please ask one of our team to provide your young person with this when they arrive.
We also have Youth events throughout the year and go together to our Vineyard regional event ‘One Youth’.

Sunday Together is our all in Church gathering meeting once per term. We hang out together for a full morning as a whole Church family, making more room for creativity and community.
We are a people who desire to grow together as the family of God, so this interactive space allows us to connect with Him in lots of different ways. We use songs, stories, visuals and crafts to encourage & equip us on our journey with Jesus.
In these spaces we also share fun & food which means we get to enjoy quality time with one another. These Sundays will last for approximately 45 minutes, and are suitable for the youngest to the oldest.
